Okay guys…
Seriously, people need to stop freaking out about Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close being nominated for best picture. I’m sure 99% of the people complaining haven’t even seen it, which is so ridiculous. You don’t see me complaining about the fact that a movie about a HORSE was nominated. Shut up!
I’m not saying it was the best movie ever, or that it was any better than the other movies nominated, but really, only one movie can win and i’m sure you LOVED at least one of the movies on the list.
OBVIOUSLY it’s not going to win. Obviously. Why are you so upset about it? You literally do not have to worry about it, you probably won’t even remember half of the nominees in three months!
You guys are all freaking out about an AWARD show. Excuse me, but unless you personally are nominated for an award, then I don’t think you have anything to worry about. Sometimes I think you guys just like to pretend that you actually are nominated…
NO movie is EVER better than the book! Chill the frick out! People are misinterpreting the movie as something that’s exploiting 9/11, and those people have CLEARLY not read the book. Seriously, if you haven’t seen it, don’t bash it. Stop being such haters!
